Biography

Brant Pethick is a GMA Covenant award winning Christian pop singer/songwriter from Ottawa, Canada, who focuses on writing and performing positive and hopeful inspirational anthems!

Brant’s first live performance was in a church and since 2012 he has released 1 album, a 6 song EP and 6 singles. He was honored to receive:

• 2022 GMA Covenant Award for Canadian Christian Song of the Year for Hope (feat. Chelsea Amber)
• 2020 GMA Covenant Award for Seasonal Song of the Year for It's Christmas Time

His hooky melodic phrasing and passionate songwriting style has also resulted in a publishing deal, extensive radio play including 7 Top 10 singles that have charted for weeks on Christian radio, and multiple international songwriting awards in the Gospel/Christian category.

Brant has performed and collaborated with several prominent JUNO and Covenant award artists and producers such as Andrew Horrocks, Jaylene Johnson, Chelsea Amber, Arun Chaturvedi, Jesse Weeks and Colin Bernard.

Brant's most recent release is Breakthrough, which is a song about trusting and leaning on our faith to gain strength in order to deal with those hardships we experience in life. Breakthrough evolved from some personal struggles, and writing and recording this song has allowed Brant to push through those trials, to get back up again and embrace life.
