Biography

Phil is a worship leader in Vancouver, Canada. He is also writing congregational praise and worship songs. He has the privilege of being a Loop Community Producer as well!

Phil grew up loving music. At a young age, his mom started teaching him piano. He transitioned to acoustic guitar and bass as his primary instruments in middle school. He started playing on the school’s worship team and joined the church worship team when he was 16 years old. He led the worship team at a local church in Vancouver, BC from 2009 to 2022. Phil and his family have made a recent change to a new church family and Phil is serving as a musician on the worship team.

Phil is also a career airline pilot. He loves the balance and creativity of songwriting and worship leading in contrast to the airline world.

Phil has been privileged to begin releasing some original music and looks forward to sharing more new songs. It’s his heart to serve, equip and strengthen the church and his prayer is that these songs can help serve the church.
