I’m called to raise this staff up high Up on this rocky hill I’ll climb And raise my hands to win this battle And as I do I see my enemies flee But with time my arms grow weary And with time my hands they falter I can’t do it alone I can’t do it on my own Won’t you hold my hands up (hold my hands up) Won’t you hold my hands up (hold my hands up) Won’t you hold my hands up Won’t you give me the strength that I need Won’t you hold my hands up You’re called to raise your staff up high Up on this rocky hill you’ll climb And raise your hands to win this battle As you do you see enemies flee But with time your arms grow weary And with time your hands they falter You can’t do it alone You can’t do it on your own I will hold your hands up (I’ll hold your hands up) I will hold your hands up (I’ll hold your hands up) I will hold your hands up, I will give you the strength that you need I will hold your hands up One strand may break, but two will be better One strand may break but three’s even stronger One strand may break but two will be better One strand may break but three’s even stronger Won’t you hold my hands up (I’ll hold your hands up) Won’t you hold my hands up (I’ll hold your hands up) Won’t you hold my hands up Won’t you give me the strength that I need I will hold your hands up (repeat)
